We focus on the R&D and production of Christmas balls and various Christmas decorations, providing global clients with one-stop OEM/ODM Christmas decor solution from creative design to finished product delivery. Our self-owned factory areas 3,058 square meters, equipped with 25 professional production machines and 2 independent packaging lines. The workshop houses complete processing facilities: 3 units small blow molding machines, 2 units 20L blow molding machines, 3 units 100Y35L blow molding machines, 2 units electroplating machines, 4 units water curtain spray booths, and specialized oil-coating fixtures for large balls. The 70 m² oven area accommodates 10 iron racks for simultaneous operation, covering the entire process from raw material blow molding and oil coating to electroplating, spraying, and surface treatment. We maintain stable production capacity, producing up to 100,000pcs 15cm Christmas balls daily. Our company has a professional service team of over 20 person, including designers, sales representatives, and dedicated QC personnel. We strictly control the entire production process: from raw material selection, blow molding, coating, electroplating, and spraying, to finished product inspection and packaging for shipment, we safeguard quality at every step. We hold BSCI and SEDEX certifications and use safe, eco-friendly PS/PET raw materials for our products. We implement milestone quality control for all orders and inspect bulk goods before shipment according to AQL standards: Major Defects AQL 2.5 and Minor Defects AQL 4.0, providing customers with official inspection reports.
