1.How to visit Factory?

Please contact us before coming, we will let you know the routes, and surely we arrange to pick up in border if you come from HK. It takes 1 hour from the border to our factory. Welcome to China for trip.

2.How to ensure my payment?

First, our factory has engaged in manufacturing for over ten years. Second, Golden supplier and Assessed supplier in Alibaba for six years. Third, there’s Trade Assurance and Secure payment in Alibaba. We accept LC payment as well.

3.What’s the payment term?

30% deposit, balance against BL copy for FOB terms. LC at sign is acceptable for order amount bigger than USD20000.

4.Where’s your FOB port?

YianTian Port or Seikou port of Shenzhen, and we are also able to offer FOB HK (need to specify).

5.How much for artwork printing when order below MOQ?

It cost USD80/printing.

6.What’s MOQ of the products?
-
It’s 500pcs/item/color for standard items, MOQ of 1000pcs for customized items.

7.How about the production time or delivery time?
-
Delivery on time. Standard production cycle time is 30days. However, it may need to extended to 60days when peak production period (May-Aug), and can be expedited to 20days for urgent order (Sep. – Oct.).

8.How you control the quality?

Quality inspector each process check, to inspect outcomes from each processes, blowing, plating, painting, packing, sampling on finished goods, container loading checks. What's more, accept client’s or third party’s inspection.

9.How much for logo printing product’s sample?

We charge only the film cost to you, it’s only USD35/film/logo.

10.Can you do custom size and custom logo on items?
-
Yes surely, Products are available to do as client's requirements, such as, size, color, material, Logo printing. Client should provide artwork or design or original samples to us.
